The scope of work included removal and replacement of stucco, fiber cement siding, and trim, and windows/doors. The project included extensive sheathing and framing repairs. The exterior balconies were fully removed and replaced. The property was previously condemned by the City of North Charleston. We understand this to be the largest multi-family restoration project in the southeast.
