The project consisted of a comprehensive restoration and renovation of an occupied medical office and surgery center. The scope of work included removal and replacement of stucco and brick veneer systems, replacement of metal panel façade assemblies, replacement of storefront windows and doors, and repairs to the existing curtain wall system. Additional work included removal and reinstallation of steel-framed canopy roofs, replacement of cold-formed steel framing at rough openings, upgrades to bring all building elevations into compliance with current fire code requirements, replacement of the TPO roofing system, and installation of a new deck waterproofing assembly and deck paver system. The project also involved extensive modifications and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems throughout the facility. All work was carefully phased and coordinated while the medical office and surgery center remained fully occupied and operational, minimizing disruption to patients, staff, and daily operations.
