This historic restoration project included comprehensive roofing, stucco, waterproofing, and window restoration services across multiple interconnected downtown buildings. Work included installation of new modified bitumen and silicone roofing systems, structural flashing and drainage improvements, stucco restoration and recoating, brick tuckpointing, sealant replacement, and exterior waterproofing repairs. The project also included replacement and restoration of historic windows, stained glass repairs, and upgrades to exterior envelope components to improve long-term building performance while preserving the historic character of the property. All work was performed in an active urban environment requiring careful coordination, specialized access, and close attention to historic preservation standards.
