The project consisted of a large-scale exterior restoration totaling approximately 150,000 square feet. The scope of work included removal and replacement of stucco systems, exterior trim, limited roofing, and storefront windows and doors, along with associated roofing repairs and improvements. The property included an occupied physician clinic and multiple retail tenants that remained fully operational throughout construction. KRC carefully coordinated phased construction activities, site logistics, and occupant access to minimize disruption while maintaining schedule, safety, and quality standards during the repair process.
