The project involved a complete restoration of an aging curtainwall system that had long been discontinued, requiring custom retrofitted components and precision craftsmanship to bring it back to life. Our team engineered and installed new pressure plates, gaskets, joint plugs, and carefully integrated weep holes to ensure proper drainage and long-term performance.
Beyond the façade, we enhanced the building envelope with new expansion joints, base-of-wall and through-wall flashing, fresh control joint sealants, and masonry weeps—all designed to protect against moisture intrusion. The work was rounded out with detailed stucco repairs, foundation waterproofing, and masonry repointing, resulting in a seamless blend of modern performance and restored architectural integrity.
