The project consisted of significant curtainwall repairs and modifications, replacement of all control joint sealants, installation of new through-wall and base-of-wall flashing systems, masonry weeps, stucco repairs, and masonry repointing. The work was performed on a fully occupied office building while maintaining continuous operations throughout construction. KRC worked closely with the Board of Architectural Review and local permitting authorities to coordinate site access, logistics, and phased construction activities in a manner that minimized disruption to tenants and adjacent properties. Through proactive planning, communication, and execution, the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule and within the client's budget expectations.
