Parking Garage Exterior: Removal/replacement of delaminated stucco, installation of new flashings and sealants, and refinishing of sound stucco with Sto Powerflex Silco.
Parking Garage Interior: Replaced traffic coatings, applied concrete sealer, and updated vertical/horizontal expansion joints using Emseal systems.
Façade Weatherproofing: Replaced all sealants, control joints, and wet glazing, and completed masonry re-pointing across the brick and cast stone façade.
Coordination: KRC collaborated with The Beach Co. and City of Charleston to deliver this project in one of Charleston's busiest areas.
