The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior restoration and waterproofing program for a multi-story property located in Columbia. The scope of work included replacement of approximately 425 exterior windows, selective stucco repairs at window perimeters, and installation of a new exterior stucco coating system. Additional work included plaza planter waterproofing and structural repairs, limited pool deck structural restoration, and full recoating of the elevated pool deck and terrace surfaces to improve long-term waterproofing performance and durability. The structure consisted of steel stud framing and required detailed coordination of façade restoration, waterproofing systems, and occupied property logistics throughout construction. The project was successfully executed within an anticipated 16-month construction schedule.
