The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior restoration of a fully occupied zero-lot-line property. The scope of work included removal and replacement of stucco and brick veneer systems, replacement of storefront windows and doors, selective concrete repairs, and extensive plaza waterproofing restoration. Limited roofing repairs and full coping replacement were also completed as part of the project. Due to the constrained urban site and occupied nature of the property, KRC worked closely with city, county, and state agencies to coordinate permitting, access, logistics, and phased construction activities throughout the restoration process. The project was successfully completed during the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining continuous occupancy and minimizing disruption to tenants and surrounding properties.
