The project consisted of a comprehensive concrete restoration program for an occupied parking garage located in Charleston. The scope of work included post-tension cable repairs, concrete spall repairs, routing and sealing of horizontal deck cracks, epoxy injection of vertical and overhead cracks, installation of a new traffic-bearing deck coating system, and replacement of floor drains. All work was carefully phased and coordinated within the active parking structure to maintain occupant access and minimize disruption during construction. The restoration improvements were designed to enhance the long-term structural performance, durability, and waterproofing protection of the parking facility.
