The scope of work included selective brick and precast concrete replacement, repointing of existing brick veneer, sealant replacement, storefront repairs and replacement, and restoration of interior finishes. All work was performed while the facility remained fully occupied and operational, requiring careful coordination of construction activities to minimize disruption to daily operations and building occupants.
