The project consisted of a comprehensive restoration and reconstruction program for an apartment building located in Charleston. The scope of work included extensive concrete repair and replacement within the plaza and parking garage structures, storefront replacement, waterproofing improvements, restoration of brick veneer and fiber cement panel cladding systems, electrical upgrades, limited roofing repairs, and significant structural wood framing repairs. Additional work included new landscaping and hardscape installations to enhance the exterior common areas and overall property appearance. Due to the complexity of the structural and exterior envelope repairs, the project required detailed coordination and phased construction sequencing throughout the occupied property. The work was successfully completed within an anticipated 15-month construction schedule.
