This project consists of a full re-clad of an existing eight-story hotel and adjoining two-story conference center. Repairs include the removal and replacement of EIFS cladding (with standard and thin brick finishes), including the underlying weather barrier and sheathing; metal framing repairs; removal and reinstallation of windows and storefronts; curtain wall repairs; removal and replacement of isolated portions of interior drywall and batt insulation along exterior walls and guest room separation walls; interior finish and paint repairs; and roofing tie-in repairs.
