The project consisted of a comprehensive restoration program for a fully occupied hotel located in Charleston. The scope of work included replacement of selective roofing assemblies, exterior window replacement, installation of spray foam insulation to improve building performance and air infiltration resistance, and restoration of damaged interior finishes. The structure was constructed of structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, and CMU framing systems, requiring coordinated repairs across multiple building components and trades. All work was carefully phased and executed while the hotel remained fully operational to minimize disruption to guests and daily operations. The project was successfully completed within the anticipated six-month construction schedule.
