Tenant improvement of an existing commercial facility to suit the needs of an audio/visual company and their office space needs. KRC performed selective demolition, added walls, floor electrical, new electrical fixtures, and fitted out the space to suit. KRC worked closely with the Owner, General Manager, Architect, and third-party wall system vendors to ensure the company's vision came to fruition.
