The Lauren’s Place garage repair scope included removal and replacement of the existing ceiling tiles, rerouting of electrical systems, and application of spray foam to the underside of the garage slab. Work also consisted of replacing sprinkler heads, recoating sprinkler piping, and reinstalling new ceiling tiles to restore the garage to proper condition.
