The project consisted of a large-scale restoration and reconstruction program for a mixed-use commercial development featuring ground-floor retail space and occupied upper-level apartment units. The scope of work included fully enclosing rear breezeway structures on multiple apartment buildings to address ongoing water intrusion and life safety concerns. Additional work included repairs and replacement of brick veneer, fiber cement siding and trim, exterior railing systems, deck framing, concrete, waterproofing assemblies, roofing systems, and interior finishes throughout the property. All construction activities were carefully phased and coordinated while the mixed-use development remained fully occupied, minimizing disruption to residents, tenants, and daily operations while improving the long-term safety and durability of the property.
