The project consisted of a comprehensive restoration program across multiple mixed-use commercial buildings and townhome structures within a fully occupied urban development. The scope of work included removal and replacement of stucco, brick veneer, fiber cement siding and trim, cast stone elements, roofing systems, and exterior windows and doors. The property had sustained extensive structural framing damage, required significant reconstruction and building envelope repairs throughout the development. Due to the constrained urban site and occupied nature of the property, KRC carefully coordinated phased construction activities, logistics, and access to minimize disruption to residents, tenants, and surrounding businesses while maintaining safety and project efficiency throughout construction.
