This project is located on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and spans two campus buildings. The scope of work includes removing and replacing deteriorated stucco and spalled brick, sealing the existing brick masonry, replacing expansion joints, and resealing window joints to prevent water intrusion and air leakage.
Additional repairs include structural column restoration, wet glazing of windows, recoating exposed metal components, and repainting all repaired stucco surfaces to provide a uniform, finished appearance upon completion.
