The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior restoration program for seven fully occupied residential buildings. The scope of work included removal and replacement of the existing exterior siding and sheathing systems, installation of new waterproofing assemblies, replacement of windows and exterior doors, reconstruction of front entry stairs and second-floor decks, replacement of shingle roofing systems, and demolition and reconstruction of rear deck structures. All work was carefully phased and coordinated while the residential buildings remained occupied, requiring detailed scheduling and logistical planning to minimize disruption to residents while maintaining safety, quality, and project efficiency throughout construction.
