The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior restoration and window replacement program for two oceanfront condominium buildings. The scope of work included full replacement of approximately 500 window and sliding door openings utilizing new Andersen A-Series Stormwatch impact-resistant window and door systems, along with isolated stucco tie-in repairs at window and door perimeters. Additional improvements included application of new elastomeric façade coatings and comprehensive sealant joint inspections and repairs to enhance the long-term waterproofing performance of the buildings. All work was completed within a single seven-month rental offseason, allowing all condominium units to be fully returned to service prior to the Heritage PGA golf tournament in early April.
