Removal of rear exterior decking and fiber-cement siding, installation of framing members (sistered joists/bearing point stud packs), repaired deficient structural framing, added new concrete footers and columns on 36 decks. Henry Blueskin waterproofing was placed at exterior walls where repairs were made, Protecto Joist Tape installed at sistered joist faces, installation of thru-wall flashing along the perimeters of all decks. Owens Corning WearDeck soffit and decking installed with a new Trex Transcend Railing System at all 36 units. Townhomes remained occupied during the duration of the project, which was completed well ahead of schedule and under budget.
