The Curtice Rowe Townhomes restoration addresses widespread construction defects, exterior envelope failures, water intrusion, and structural framing deterioration throughout the residential community. As part of a comprehensive litigation-based repair scope, KRC will overhauled the exterior envelope with repairs to siding, trim, brick, and stucco while completing invasive structural framing repairs, newly engineered concrete footings, targeted roof replacements, and a full exterior repaint.
With residents remaining in place throughout construction and limited site access, the project requires extensive logistical coordination to safely execute the work while minimizing disruption to the occupied community. Once complete, the restoration will provide Curtice Rowe Townhomes with a watertight exterior envelope and restored structural integrity while significantly improving the community’s long-term weatherability and curb appeal.
