Removal and replacement of 46 second-story deck assemblies and replacement of lower shed roof roofing systems. KRC worked closely with the community to mitigate major safety concerns with severely aged and failing deck systems to provide very well constructed new deck assemblies with proper structural attachment, pressure treated lumber, and Trex deck boards.
