The project consisted of a comprehensive parking garage restoration for an occupied luxury condominium property. The scope of work included removal and replacement of existing ceiling tiles, rerouting of electrical systems, installation of spray foam insulation to the underside of the garage slab, replacement of sprinkler heads, recoating of existing sprinkler piping, and installation of new ceiling tile systems. All work was carefully phased and coordinated while the luxury condominium property remained fully occupied, minimizing disruption to residents and maintaining continuous operation of the garage facility throughout construction.
