The project consisted of a comprehensive restoration of luxury waterfront condominiums located in Daniel Island. The scope of work included removal and replacement of stucco, brick veneer, and siding systems, replacement of exterior doors and windows, demolition and reconstruction of exterior deck assemblies, concrete repairs, and replacement of the existing TPO roofing system. The wood-framed structures had sustained extensive water intrusion and termite-related damage, requiring significant structural and building envelope repairs throughout the property. KRC carefully coordinated the restoration process to address the underlying deficiencies while improving the long-term durability, waterproofing performance, and appearance of the luxury waterfront community.
