The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior restoration program for fully occupied townhome buildings. The scope of work included removal and replacement of fiber cement siding, exterior doors and windows, and asphalt shingle roofing systems. Additional work included structural framing repairs and deck waterproofing improvements to address long-term building envelope and structural deficiencies. All work was carefully phased and coordinated while the townhomes remained occupied, minimizing disruption to residents while improving the durability, waterproofing performance, and overall condition of the property.
