The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior restoration program for fully occupied beachfront condominiums located in Pawleys Island. The scope of work included extensive concrete repairs, installation of new deck traffic coating systems, and repair and replacement of stucco cladding assemblies. All work was carefully phased and coordinated while the condominium property remained fully occupied, minimizing disruption to residents and guests while enhancing the long-term durability, waterproofing performance, and overall appearance of the building envelope.
