The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior restoration program for fully occupied beachfront condominiums located in Pawleys Island. The scope of work included replacement of storefront windows and doors, installation of new deck traffic coating systems, and repairs and replacement of stucco cladding assemblies. All work was carefully phased and coordinated while the beachfront condominium property remained fully occupied, minimizing disruption to residents and guests while improving the long-term durability, waterproofing performance, and appearance of the building envelope.
