At this waterfront condominium community, Kennedy Richter Construction executed a full-scale exterior rehabilitation to modernize and protect more than 80 units. The team removed aging barrier EIFS systems and installed a new Sto drainable EIFS façade, seamlessly integrated with new deck coatings for superior moisture management and drainage. Existing storefront windows and sliding doors were replaced with sleek YKK systems set atop newly poured concrete curbs, enhancing both performance and aesthetics. Alongside the façade work, KRC meticulously repaired concrete spalls throughout the complex—restoring structural integrity and revitalizing the property’s coastal resilience with craftsmanship built to endure the waterfront environment.
