The project consisted of emergency guardrail and concrete restoration repairs for a fully occupied 12-story condominium property totaling approximately 300 residential units. The scope of work included replacement and stabilization of deteriorated guardrail systems along with selective repairs to delaminated concrete areas to address immediate life safety and structural concerns. Due to the occupied nature of the property and the importance of maintaining rental availability, KRC expedited the repair program through phased construction sequencing and proactive coordination with ownership and residents. The project was successfully completed ahead of the peak rental season, allowing ownership to return all units to service without disruption to seasonal occupancy.
