The project consisted of a large-scale exterior restoration program for a fully occupied townhome community located in Mount Pleasant totaling approximately 900,000 square feet across more than 300 townhome units. The scope of work included removal and replacement of brick veneer, fiber cement siding and trim, roofing assemblies, and extensive sheathing and structural framing repairs. The wood-framed community remained fully occupied throughout construction, requiring detailed coordination, phased scheduling, and proactive communication to minimize disruption to residents while maintaining safety and quality standards. Despite the size and complexity of the project, the work was successfully completed within the anticipated eight-month construction schedule.
