The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior restoration program for a fully occupied condominium community located in Mount Pleasant. The scope of work included removal and replacement of fiber cement siding and trim, brick veneer, stucco cladding systems, exterior decks and breezeways, doors and windows, and roofing assemblies. The property was constructed of wood framing and required extensive coordination of structural and building envelope repairs throughout the occupied community. All work was carefully phased to minimize disruption to residents while maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards during construction. The project was successfully completed within the anticipated 12-month construction schedule.
