The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior and interior restoration of a wood-framed structure located in Charleston. The scope of work included significant structural wood framing repairs, removal of the existing stucco cladding system, and installation of new fiber cement siding, exterior trim, and railing systems. Interior finishes were also removed and replaced as part of the reconstruction effort. KRC completed the project within an accelerated construction schedule of approximately six months while maintaining quality workmanship and coordinating the extensive restoration scope required to return the property to service.
