The project consisted of a comprehensive restoration and reconstruction effort involving both interior and exterior building systems. The scope of work included removal and replacement of interior finishes, installation of spray foam insulation to address air infiltration issues, replacement of interior and exterior trim, roofing replacement, mold remediation, HVAC system replacement, and removal and replacement of the existing stucco cladding system. The structure was constructed of wood and CMU framing, requiring coordinated repairs across multiple building assemblies and trades. Through detailed planning and phased execution, the project was successfully completed within an anticipated six-month construction schedule.
