A complete down to the studs renovation was completed at 26 Charlotte Street. The foundation piers were repointed and additional foundation piers added to the structure. The exterior siding was completely stripped and resealed and painted along with the windows. The metal roof was also completely stripped and recoated with a liquid-applied acrylic elastomeric system.
