The project consisted of a comprehensive exterior and interior restoration of a high-end luxury single-family residence located on Johns Island. The scope of work included removal and replacement of the existing stucco cladding system, removal and reset of doors and windows, foundation and patio waterproofing, and selective replacement of slate roofing assemblies. Extensive interior repairs were also completed to address damage resulting from prior water intrusion. Due to the complexity and high-end nature of the residence, KRC carefully coordinated restoration activities and specialty finishes to preserve the architectural integrity of the home while improving long-term building performance and waterproofing protection.
