I met with six contractors to discuss repair renovations needed for mold and water damage in the house. What drew me to hiring Kennedy-Richter Construction was their professionalism, prompt communication and thorough review of engineering reports.

In his walk-thru of the house, Paul Kennedy discovered code violations and water damage that had been overlooked by our engineers during litigation. The statutes of limitation was nearing during litigation, and we unfortunately settled for an amount far below the cost to repair all damage in the home. We spent weeks negotiating costs to repair the entire home; however, the settlement made it difficult to do so.

Paul worked within the budget we provided and constructed several repair plans to choose from, stating pros and cons for each. Two days later, he and his team were on-site beginning construction. Every contractor I interviewed with had multiple repair projects going on with four contractors quoting me a 6-month start date. Kennedy-Richter Construction, also with simultaneous projects, showed their appreciation for our business by making this project, important to us, a project important to them.

The project was completed in two months. The entire Kennedy-Richter Team were exceptionally professional, respectful of my personal belongings and provided me with privacy while living in the home. The superintendent, Mike, was on-site every day directly communicating with me their findings and updating me on next steps. He answered my call at midnight about a small water leak and immediately made his way over for damage control.
